HOW DO I REQUEST ONE OF THE PACKAGES/SERVICES?

HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT SHOULD THE SERVICE BE REQUESTED?

With a minimum of 2 weeks, we can schedule and plan accordingly so that we can provide the best of services on such a special day. Although if you contact us at any time and we have date availability, we can be happy to assist you.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD?

​

The advance can be via Paypal (contemplating the 7% bank commission that will be paid by the client) and the remaining cash on the day of the wedding. Of course we will send you the relevant information at the moment.

 

IS A PART PAID AND THEN SETTLED?

​

An advance of 50% is given to reserve the date and the rest in cash on the day of the wedding.

 

CAN PACKAGES BE MODIFIED?

​

Sure, the packages are general, but we make adjustments according to what they need.

 

I HAVE IDEAS IN MIND, HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW?

​

From the first contact we are very interested in knowing if you have anything in mind for your wedding clip, so don't hesitate to show us examples and share your ideas. We will shape it and organize the times.

 

It is very important to know that in many cases the spectacular clips are dedicated, this means that the bride and groom take time for this, either a day before the wedding or a day after, so that the shots are planned, with time and the bride and groom be relaxed. This may result in additional cost.

DO YOU TAKE CARE OF RETOUCHING THE PHOTOS?

All the photos we deliver are edited to get the best image of your wedding.

IN WHAT FORMAT DO YOU DELIVER THE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

​

The clips are delivered Full HD (high resolution) and another in a resolution suitable for social networks. The photos will be delivered in high resolution JPEG format.

DO YOU OFFER THE TRASH THE DRESS PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE?

​

We have this service, but we do not include it in the packages because it depends a lot on the idea you bring in mind to be able to know the transfers, locations and lighting requirements or special situations to be able to quote it. This is custom suit that we gladly do as well.

DO YOU PROVIDE YOUR SERVICES OUTSIDE OF CANCUN?

​

We go wherever they need us. It is important to mention that the costs of transfer, per diem and lodging will be quoted apart from the wedding packages mentioned above.
